37th Open Faridabad District Badminton Championship

Faridabad District Badminton Association is organizing its 37th Faridabad District Badminton Championship 2016 from 09th to 12th July 2016. FDBA has & always will remain dedicated in providing the ideal platform for all the athletes to perform at their sporting best. The FDBA Honorable President, Dr. Amit Bhalla motto is to enhance the level of Badminton in the district & to provide equal opportunity to the deserving players. It’s yet another platform to showcase your talent & get recognition in the world of Badminton with experience & joyous memories to take back home.

Under a sprawling arena which is fully air-conditioned, The Faridabad District Badminton Association invites all the badminton athletes to participate in the 37th Open Faridabad District Badminton Championship 2016 at the Manav Rachna International School, Sector 14 Faridabad from 9th to 12th July, 2016.

The categories are as follows:

*For Boys & Girls

Under 13 (Singles & Doubles): Cut-off Date (On or after 2004 born)
Under 15 (Singles & Doubles): Cut-off Date (On or after 2002 born)
Under 17 (Singles & Doubles):Cut-off Date (On or after 2000 born)
Under 19 (Singles, Doubles & Mixed Doubles):Cut-off Date (On or after 1998 born)

*For Men & Women (Singles, Doubles & Mixed Doubles): Cut-off Date (Open)

Entry Fees:
INR 250/Event (For Singles)
INR 500/Event (For Doubles & Mixed Doubles)

Please Note:
·All the matches will be played as per the BAI (Badminton Association of India) Rules & Guidelines
·Sports shoes with non-marking sole are compulsory for all the matches.
·Faridabad District Badminton Association reserves the right to cancel any event due to unavoidable circumstances.
·Decision of the tournament committee of FDBA will be final in all matters connected with the tournament.
·The last date of registration is 07 July 2016 by 08:00 PM.
·In case of late entry beyond the given registration date & time, participants have to mandatorily incur a penalty fees of INR 500 per event for single & INR 1000 per event for Doubles & Mixed Doubles.
·All participants are requested to gather at the venue on 09th July, 2016, 9:00 am for the opening ceremony.
·Each participant need to carry his/her identity and age proof.
.The participants can get themselves registered at Manav Rachna Sports academy from Mon to Sat (10 AM to 6 PM)
